Rush - Join our Wolfpack

The North Carolina Beta chapter of Sigma Phi Epsilon has maintained a dominant presence at NC State for over a century. Chartered in 1905, our founders sought to foster the cardinal principles of Virtue, Diligence, and Brotherly Love. Today, our brotherhood consists of 115 men who share the same vision.

Nationally, Sigma Phi Epsilon consists of over 309,000 lifetime members, including 15,000 undergraduates on 240 campuses in the United States. At NC State, we currently stand as the largest fraternity on campus while perennially setting an expectation of excellence.

In 5 out of the last 9 years, we have won the prestigious Caldwell Cup (#1 NCSU IFC Chapter in combined Academics, Standards, Intramural, and Homecoming Competitions), while finishing in the top three all seven of those years.  We have won the #1 fraternity in intramural sports (2014-2015 President's Cup), and hold one of the highest chapter GPA's, consistently performing well above both the all-campus and all-men's averages.

We always rank amongst the top fraternities in standards, campus involvement, and community service. You can find a SigEp in just about every aspect of campus life, whether it be Student Government, club athletics, or professional societies. Our success is in part due to our Balanced Man Program, which differs from the traditional pledge model.

Being in Sigma Phi Epsilon goes far beyond the numbers and achievements though. The comradery found in our brotherhood provides an undergraduate experience that is second to none. Meet our brothers and challenge yourself to consider if Sigma Phi Epsilon is a fit for you.
